A service that turns emails into Obsidian notes. You get a unique personal email address; anything you send or forward there is picked up by the Email2Obsidian plugin and appears in your vault as a fully formed note — no Zapier, Make, or scripting required.

The subject line (which becomes the note title), the body in both HTML and plain text, and any attachments, which are embedded in the note. Formatting is preserved, and you control the destination folder and template from the plugin settings.

No. It works with any email client on any device — if you can send an email, you can capture a note. The plugin handles fetching automatically (manually, on a schedule, or when your vault opens).

You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again. Subscriptions aren't refunded pro-rata for unused time, though exceptions are made for things like billing errors and duplicate charges — see the Refund Policy for details, or contact [email protected].

72 hours. Email content (subject, body, attachments) is stored only long enough for your plugin to fetch it, then deleted. Account data (name, email) is kept only as long as needed to run the service.

Servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. A small set of service providers process data strictly to run the service: Cloudflare (firewall), Stripe (payments — your card details never touch our servers), Resend (email delivery), and Google (analytics and email communications).
